Overhead Squat:

  • 7 x 3, increasing

We will work on some skill work for this movement during the warm up.

After we are loose, we will take about 7-10 min to warm up our OHS with some weight out of the rack. Once loaded and ready to go, we have 7 sets of 3 reps, one set every 2-3 minutes. This is the focus for today, score will be load, best set of 3.
