3 Rounds, each for time:

  • 10 Cal Bike
  • 20m Sled Push
  • 10 Cal Bike

You will sprint through each round, as fast as you can. Note the time for each round, rest approx. 1:3-1:5. (ie: if it takes you 1 min to complete, rest 3-5 min before going again).

You score is all 3 times combined.
