RICF Test #1

This is going to be a test week for everyone. These are not 1RM lifts or a straight mile time, however, these are WODs that are going to be known as our "Box Bench Marks". These WILL be retested at a later date to see improvement. You must have a judge, and you must pick one of the scalings and do it as written.

For Time:

  • 15 Power Cleans
  • 12 Push Jerks
  • 9 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 800m Run
  • 9 Power Cleans
  • 12 Push Jerks
  • 15 Burpee Box Jumps
    • Rx: 135/95 (24/20)
    • L1: 115/75 (24/20)
    • L2: 95/65 (20/16)
    • L3: 75/55 (Step Ups, 20/16)
