Strength: OHS

  • First we will test mobility - if you cannot squat below parallel with the bar overhead, you will have two options
    • Do mobility to work on getting below parallel 
    • Do Front Squats
  • If you are below parallel
    • You will have 12-15 min to work to a heavy single

  • 7 OHS (95/65)
  • 7 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 7 Pull Ups
