Skill Work: Turkish-Get-Up

  • 10 min - focusing on hitting each step of the movement. Increasing in weight only after successful attempts on BOTH arms. 

Against a 14 min Clock:

  • 100 Double Unders
  • 80 Air Squats
  • 60 Push Ups
  • 40 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Mountain Climbers (4-count)
  • 10 Muscle Ups

Get as far as you can in 14 min, if you finish, start over back at the top.
