THIS IS A PROGRAM FOR BEGINNERS. YOU DON’T NEED TO BE IN SHAPE OR BRING ANY EXPERIENCE, BUT YOU MUST BE WILLING TO DO THE FOLLOWING THINGS.
- Come in 3 times a week
- Schedule a consultation check-in during the week prior to the challenge.
- Commit to 7:30pm classes for the first week. After the first week classes will be available in the morning, afternoon and evening.
- Keep track of your progress
- Commit to the whole program.
- Work hard. You will be pushed, but it will not be impossible.
- Work with a group.
- Commit to making a change. You will not be alone. The coaches and other members will be cheering you along!
- Leave your ego at home. You cannot worry about what the person next to you is doing. The process will humble you no matter what your experience is.
- Be patient. This is not a crash diet or a “biggest loser” challenge. We will work with your goals. It isn’t about pounds on a scale.
